God Must Be a Fly Fisher: Stories of Grace, Water, and the One Who Cast the First Line

Finding Faith in the Flow of the River - If God created trout and rivers, then surely He must know how to cast a fly.

In God Must Be a Fly Fisherman, Daniel Bryant blends faith, storytelling, and the beauty of the sport into a heartfelt reflection on how the river can teach us about life, love, and the divine.

Through personal experiences and spiritual insight, Bryant shows how the quiet moments on the water — a perfect drift, a sudden rise, a still morning mist — become encounters with God.

This book is for the angler who feels there’s more to fly fishing than the catch. It’s for those who believe that creation is speaking, and that the river is a holy place.

Perfect for fans of John Gierach, devotionals with a rugged twist, and anyone who’s ever felt closer to God in nature than they have in a pew.

Whether you’re a seasoned fisherman or a spiritual seeker, God Must Be a Fly Fisherman will cast light into your soul and hook your heart.

Very nice way to get people to understand how they work together. I really appreciate the effort you have taken to create this project.

I believe every flight for sherman in the world should listen to this book or read this book.
And even if you're not a flight for Sherman, just a fisherman.
This way, we all become fishers of men.

the evangelism, in this book.

I wanted to like this book, however the metaphors are terrible (comparing Moses and the parting of the Red Sea to a fly fisherman wading into a trout river for example—give me a break). Not only that, the end chapter infers a universalist view from the author. The icing on the cake is the “About the author” section where you find out he’s partnered up with Kenneth Copeland! If you’re a true Christian who worships the one and only Holy God, I recommend you not waste your time.

Bad theology and strained metaphors
