old West themes in modern times, great author that D A Roberts! All of books are fantastic

Intriguing story line. Love the ties to history.

This is a great listen for young and old. It has awesome twists and turns and ties to history throughout. The characters you can't help but love. The only thing that I found that was dislikable about it was the A. I. generated read. Hopefully, A.I. will catch up at some point.But at this point it just seems to suck some of the soul out of it.

The Confederacy is Never the Hero. I understand these people have lived a long time, but song glorifying the confederacy and “Minstrel Songs” are always on the wrong side of history! Period!
