Wow what happened! I loved the first book soooooooo much but seemingly book 2 felt a bit off! Yeah, yeah the characters were great, and the storyline was fun, but Will of Blackbriar kinda sorta drove me crazy with all his introspection, which in itself could've been OK, but it would happen at the oddest times, like get this, in the middle of fighting a deadly tainted monster! And instead of learning something new and awesome about himself it was just cryptic and didn't do anything but confuse both him and me! And in the middle of a fight of all things! Hummm

Loved the characters. Loved the storyline, so what happened?
