ABSOLUTELY HATE VIRTUAL VOICE!

I don't just dislike virtual voice, I hate it! And from other reviews I'm not the only one. Listening to it is like nails on a chalkboard. If you don't know what that means google it.
It was a decent story ruined by virtual voice. Won't listen to more of the books by this author because they all seem to be virtual voice. The worst human narration I've ever heard (and I've listened to hundreds of books on Audible) has never been as irritating as VV. I can't understand why any author would settle for having a VV narration "virtually" ruin all the hard work they've put into their book.

Disappointed

The story itself was great. The characters were interesting. The narration was awful. The virtual voice was lacking appropriate inflection and cadence.

No AI

The reading was off on some pronunciation and emotions. I prefer human readers they relate the emotions better.

Good story, not good reader

story was great! did not like the AI voice on audible, much better with a live person telling the story

Automotive voice

The automative voice over was horrible. I’m sure the story was good but it was hard to follow when words were pronounced incorrectly and the intonation/inflection was off.
