This book of fables follows in the age-old tradition. It uses fascinating animal behavior to illuminate the timeless lessons to our younger generations, so they themselves can grow to be wise grandparents.
In delightful style, each fable is preceded by a poem. The stage is then set in an alternate location; however, always founded on a conversation between a grandparent and grandchild.
This collection of 19 fables were originally written in 1990. Now, in 2025, the author's son contributed 38 intriguing illustrations; 2 for each story. While one image depicts the human characters if the fable, the 2nd image features the animals. It is sure to be enjoyed by children and grown-ups alike!
