New bedtime stories for kids

I found these stories great for bedtime, adding a nice variation to traditional tales. They’re mostly Asian (mainly Chinese) stories, each with their own morals and mythical animals that kids love, like dragons and brave warriors. Very different from Western stories, but a fun and “spicy” change for children.

Many of these stories aren’t well known in this part of the world, but they’ve inspired popular tales, like the Monkey King, which influenced Dragon Ball and Goku, or the legend of Mulan, which became a beloved Disney movie.

I recommend this to break the usual bedtime story cycle.
