4 volumes in a single offering!
David always was an outdoorsman and an explorer. But when Earth merged with the magical world of Tannoris, it suddenly became too dangerous for anyone without a Class to leave the cities. A shame, too, because with elves, foxkin, catkin, and many other magical beings abound, there is plenty for him to experience!
But now, David’s dream just might come true! A mystical ritual will awaken his Class, and a budding homestead on the wild frontier is waiting for him to take ownership.
He won’t be going alone, though—a charming fox girl will teach him the ways of the frontier. And in return, David might teach her some things, too.

Plot development and storytelling is a struggle.
The book reads like a slice of life with a couple of pages of conflict per book but it’s full of contradictions. The world struggles with the frontier that only a few can thrive but the worst experienced is sore muscles or a possible blister. Never broken equipment or fall weather or any disruption to their farm.
Antagonists make brief appearances, and are left hanging on the vine missing the opportunity of developing useful elements.
Acronyms are left, unclear and conflicting explained away due to a dimensional rift. A few times dungeons appear, they are meant to be part of a system, but sometimes appear hodgepodge, with no common elements, responding monsters one moment but then naturally occurring the next.
And to cap it all off, everything is always so beautiful and amazing and soul filling, and everyone is so perfect and lovable and enchanting .
This girl to write is obvious, but from book to book to book it becomes pretentious instead of entertaining.
Well, written poorly told

If I were to complain about anything, it would be some of the intonation being a bit off in places, too high, sometimes, when it should be huskier, or too calm when it should be more angry or excited, and the narrator's insistence upon pronouncing "respite" as "res-spite" rather than "res-pit."
Well-written and justly balanced

My biggest criticism is the complete lack of priorities by the MC and his group. A massive evil is determined to snuff you out... let's build a coop and a new cabin. Honestly the story would have been much better as a (nearly) complete slice of life without a big bad.
Priorities notwithstanding.
