Great plot!

Two good friends cohost a live streaming advice program that turns dangerous. I finished this book in one day. I was hooked!
I wondered if the quality of Sarah’s books would change since she lost her partner, but I have thoroughly enjoyed all of them.
I always preorder her books and am never disappointed.

I normally love Sarah Driscoll's books but this was just very boring. maybe for someone who is into gaming and the sword it would be good but for me it was just boring

the twists

the story line was very believable. Good book. The narrator was very good too.

Kristan Evans is a physical therapist and loves her job. She also has a side gig that she loves just as much helping people via Twitch. She’s paired up with a college friend to do a life and love advice column in the streaming platform. Their followers count is slowing growing until Krista advises one caller to walk away from a woman and give her space. He responds by killer the woman and blaming Krista. Their Twitch account followers triple as the murderer is able to access the stream under different names even though they try banning and blocking him. The police try to track him down as the calls and threats escalate. He knows who you are in real life. How do you protect yourself from someone you’ve never met and don’t know what they look like?

🎧 I alternated between an ebook and audiobook which is narrated by Cynthia Farrell. The performance is bewitching as the reader is pulled in by the killer’s calls and knowing he’s close.
I listened at my usual 1.5 and slightly higher to be able to read along with the ebook copy at the same time.

Chills when things in her home are moved! The reader intuitively knows it’s the killer, but Kristan doesn’t realize it yet. You expect him to jump out from every corner even though we don’t know who it is either.
Gripping and suspenseful.
