I first listened to the Poison Arrow as an audiobook and found it so impactful that that I bought the paperback to dive deeper. This book is a powerful resource for unpacking outdated beliefs, fears, and unconscious conditioning. The guided meditations are especially helpful and having the physical copy makes it easier to return to key practices.

Removing the Poison

Love all Ruiz books. This one from his son brings a different perspective and focuses more on self and if you want happiness it starts with you not the projection of you. I am going to get the actual copy as I want to do the exercises
