Sometimes the before stories are a bit too long and drawn out for me.

The character was such a strong young girl.

I love Louis Allen’s books all of them, and I love what she does for these young ones. She reminds me of a foster mom I had when I was young and it brings warmth to my heart. I also appreciate her narrator and how else she does. Hoping Cam is doing well in life today.
