Our special guest this episode is Susan Caleb-Harris, the creator of Brown + Balanced + Beautiful: A Self-Care and Wellness Brunch, an empowering initiative dedicated to fostering restoration, balance, and community among women. With a background in Maternal and Child Health, community health, and research, and a Master of Public Health from Rutgers University, Susan has devoted her career to advancing women’s well-being. Her work is grounded in the belief that intentional self-care is not a luxury, but a vital component of holistic health.
