Sorrowblade

Untold ages ago the race of Elves were cast to the four winds, forced to dwell in the underworld within the veil of the Evermore to protect the Tree of Life. Split into separate clans, their dying race withdrew to the far reaches of the world. Among them existed a darker faction of Elves who had burrowed deep into the depths of the earth, evolving into the seven houses of the Drow. From the seed of the Elders came the children of the Faerie with a dire legacy to fulfill; a generation of Elvenborn whose destiny was to save the Faerylands. Almost forgotten among the Fey were the whispered legends of a warrior priestess from the Sisterhood of Blood; a young outcast trained in the forbidden sorcery of an accursed cult known as the Obsidian Order. These maidens skilled in both spell and blade were charged with battling the dark and terrible blight known as the Craven. Those few who might remember their saga know that without their noble sacrifice all hope would have been lost.
