Finished in one day

I thought this was an enjoyable and interesting book. The narration was good and I finished the book before I knew it!

Brilliant and smart

Brilliant writing, witty, smart and thrilling. Can’t wait for the follow up… want to know what happens next!

It was not overly predictable, excellent narration, well paced.

The voices were good. The story was good. It never got slow. Can’t wait till this author comes out with another book.

Exciting plot with heart

As a big fan of spy novels set in the UK (add points for a kickass female MC) this book ticked all the boxes and then some. The pace was perfect and the plot was well thought out and scarily possible (dare I say highly likely?!!). I would love to see this become a book series and even better…a TV series. The characters are perfectly placed for a sequel so fingers crossed.
The scene stealer was four year old Rosie who uttered some of the best lines in the book. “Bad grape!” 🤣😂
I purchased the audiobook with zero hesitation when I saw that Ell Potter would be narrating and she did not disappoint.
