I knew he was trouble when I met him…

I used to be daddy's little princess, but when I recklessly failed out of college and ran away from all responsibilities, he had me start cleaning houses to make up for disappointing him.

As if that wasn’t punishment enough, it becomes a million times worse when I’m forced to take on Noah Robinson as a client. He’s older, gorgeous, and forbidden. Clearly, my kryptonite.

He was supposed to be a one-night stand. One scorching night with no last names or commitment. Now I’m working for him, and every week that goes by it gets harder for us to keep things professional.

Plus, the more I learn about him and the secret, sexy lifestyle he lives, the deeper my craving for him becomes. He’s an addiction I can’t get enough of.

But I’m out of chances with my father and I can’t risk blowing my life up again.

Noah and I know we can’t be together . . .

He’s everything that’s bad for me and I’m his boss’s daughter.

Nikki Sloane is an autobuy author for me, so while this was not one of my favorite books by her, I still enjoyed it.
However the male narrator was rather robotic and almost sounded like AI when he was narrating between dialogue. With a bit more practice and inflection consistently throughout the book, he could be phenomenal, but unfortunately he did make this book less enjoyable.
