The year is 3054. It has been almost a millennium since the world had suffered from a nuclear desolation of biblical proportions. History was lost. The landscape refigured from the countless laser-nukes explosions. And because of an ancient alien DNA with millions of extra-terrestrial genes with mutations beyond reality, life over the centuries evolved in a way this planet had never experienced.
A group of adventurers made up of both humans and mutants continue their way to the realm of Slimnorah. The rumors of secret invaders attacking small villages away from the capital. Each attack had the same results. The buildings burned down. Mutants have been slaughtered ruthlessly and the surviving human population marched away to undetermined locations.
Remco Beta, a mutated lizard man, leads the group to return to his homeland. This party consisted of Stryder, a mutant who rumored to be 200 years old; Kimmandy, a female mutant, with a floating neutron bomb to help her heart; Ral Pathar, a strong mutated wolf man; Semper Feye, an insane human man of scientist who thinks the thermonuclear device he is carrying is his wife; Selzer Seegam, a human thief who carried a secret of a legendary location; and Tric Lareneg, a mutated assassin who is there to extract the information along with the head of Selzer.
The trek to Slimnorah is not without its challenges. Not only has there been hazards of wildlife, nature, and a very unfriendly overcrowded town, but new acquaintances have been made despite turmoil within the ranks and the death of some. As the destination draws near, the danger intensifies on every turn.
Unknown to all, there were survivors of the long-ago holocaust. Their brains survived inside robotic bodies. The directive is simple. Find a human with a DNA code close enough to place their brains into an organic body. But not all are committed to that plan. Marty is one of the few survivors of the nuclear holocaust 900 years ago. His prison is his robotic body which lacks his limbs as he sits in a small hut made of debris and human carcasses. His days of solitude comes to an end as he encounters a unique young mutant who would change his life.
The challenges are constant and the danger is real. Time will only tell who the Survivors in the Mutated Lands will be.
