The narrator did amazing on this one! I read this book and fell in love so when it came out in audio o had to listen to it. Beneath the Peaks is such a cute suspenful small town romance and Adelaide didnt just get her nick name hellfire for no reason.

Cole and Adelaide

This review is for the audio of the book, I have already read and LOVED the book. This book was full of laughs, lots of spice, and moments where your heart was going to drop afraid of what was about to happen next. It was a beautiful small town romance. Michelle did a really big ood job brining these characters to life, I think she perfected Adelaide. The banter and chemistry between the two could be felt through the audio. The only little miss for me, I wish there was a male narrator for Cole. I wanted to hear a manly voice for his southern sweet charm. Michelle did a great job with it though.

This narration BROUGHT THIS NOVEL TO LIFE! Amazing work!

I have YET to read a Caty Lee novel that I would rate under five stars. She is a master at her craft, writing dark to light romances that hit every single time.

Beneath the Peaks is a grand small town, cowboy romance that still has suspense wound into it. Adelaide fled an ab*sive marriage that was arranged by her father, who wanted a boy instead of the girl he got. Colt is the dairy farmer next door, who has never been entranced by a woman before her.

Their whirlwind of a romance starts rocky, as she doesn’t want to give her heart away, but with his witty banter, and sharp tongue, along with his southern charm, he wins her over. She is shown real love and affection for the first time in her life. And he shows he will do anything to keep her.

This novel also has some of the FUNNIEST banter I have ever read before. The wit shown in these conversations had me cackling. I devoured this novel!

Amazing audiobook!!!

The narrator did an amazing job!! Fantastic!
I absolutely adored both the main characters! Adelaide is so relatable and every girl wants a Colt Taylor! He knew what he wanted and he got her! Regardless of her baggage he was there to help her even when she told him she didn’t need his help!
The ending had me on the edge of my seat!! Caty did an amazing job of shocking me with that plot twist!! The epilogue is one of my favorites 🥰
