Beautifully executed

I love this series so much. These books are by far my favorite by Anna Burke. I was so excited to finally get Stevie’s romance! However I was sad to see that Annette Romano hadn’t read it for us. I felt that she portrayed Stevie so well in the previous books. As always though, Quinn Riley ate down so it’s totally fine and good either way! What matters most is that story! I loved this book specifically, not just because I am obsessed with Stevie but also because the depth was unmatched! This book made me tear up a couple times. Angela was also a really great character to witness grow and evolve. The only thing I think would have made it better was for there to be more focus and backstory with Stevie. I was overall super happy and content with everything though.

I have waited a long time for Stevie and Angie's story. Since book one, I felt their chemistry and kept willing them to get together...and it was so worth the wait!! With that said, I was not prepared for them, though. This was definitely a heavier story than the others - it kinda broke me and put me back together. There was so much standing in their way, but there was no doubt that they were perfect for each other. They each just had to take the leap.
