this book basically explains in depth how to deal with a situation and focus on the psychological aspect. As we know, psychology is focused on your mental state and with the rate things are going on, we need to maitain a safe mental space and this book will definitely help with this

This book, The Dark Psychology Playbook breaks down emotional manipulation and gives detailed examples. I recommend everyone to read this book.

The many ways people can control others.

This book is jampacked with much information on the deep psychology of controlling others. It dives deep into many ways. People are able to get over on people if you will. It talks a lot about manipulation gaslighting, mind control, lie detection, toxic relationships and so much more. It’s actually a great book to learn how to detect these things so that you don’t become mind controlled by other people sometimes people do it without knowing that they are doing it. Other others have become. Ater’s master manipulators. There is a lot to learn in this book and I would suggest you to grab a notebook and a pen and start taking notes as you’re listening. There’s way too much information for you to learn it all in one session so read, listening to this would be also beneficial. Some of it is repetitive, but it’s good to hear it over again.

Learned some things I was not aware of before

I majored in psychology in college, and I must admit I do enjoy still reading books on the topic and learning new things. It comes in handy nowadays. I came across this one and thought it was a fresh take.  It does have the usual facts but it goes into more insight into manipulation and narcissistic people. It takes some deep dives into a different topics and concepts and gives some advice on how to see the signs in people that you might have missed before.  Very good listen. 

Watch Me Watch You

Didn't realize I'd learn so much about myself while trying to understand people better. I really enjoyed the exercises and journal prompts that are included but ugh! Some of them were work!
