Fundamentalist and Bad Arguments

Shockingly bad arguments, given his reviews. Misinterpreted Origen and historical figures of the “many worlds”, very uncharitable to opponents, and utterly polemical. Dude actually believed and said that Star Wars and Marvel are the diabolical grooming of Satan for the antichrist, without a real argument. He argued that the people who thought there were many suns, moons, planets, expansive universe, and potentially those with life were rightly burned at the stake. I came in with high hopes of a serious and careful treatment of the issue because he’s a Phil professor, but this is just fundamentalist and polemical ranting.
