Boss/Assistant forbidden love

Declan who we have known since book one of the Playboy series is working as a sex therapist and is a grumpy boss to Rose who is the daughter of a famous preacher but is also an aspiring romance novelist. she is inexperienced and is having trouble with her sex scenes. she wants to use Declan to be her doctor for sex advice. the attraction they both have for each other starts the burn even hotter and they can't ignore it any longer. But Declan get an offer to work in New York he can't refuse and someone has stolen Rose's ideas and the story seems to replicate everything that Declan and Rose have done. can they make it through?

great story

I enjoyed the story and the will they won't they aspect between Rose and Declan. loved their chemistry. I think the narrator did a great job with this book.

A fun story - by Shana W

I was very entertained by this fun page-turner. I found both Rose and Declan to be likeable characters. Rose is writing an erotic romance, but she is inexperienced, so she turns to her boss who is a sex therapist for some help. She wants to make her love scenes much hotter. Declan worries about being unprofessional where Rose is concerned. He finds himself falling for Rose against his will, which makes things difficult when he is offered a medical clinic job in New York. Should he adhere to her wishes for a no strings romance? Should she tell him about her novel? I highly recommend you read this well written book to find out how the story unfolds.
If you have read the previous books in the series, you will enjoy reappearances by those characters. You could read this book as a standalone, but then you will want to read the previous books just to get the back stories.
I was lucky to listen to the audiobook narrated by Mia Mason. Once again, I enjoyed her rendition of the story, delivered with good expression and pacing.
I received an audiobook copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Great Listen

This is a great funny sexy read & listen. I read the book when it 1st came out & just recently listened to the Audio. Great narration so happy for the Audio. Rose is Dr. Declan's personal assistant and they both have feelings towards one other. Rose is trying to write a book so when she has trouble with writing the sexy scenes, she gets help from Dr. Declan and ss they work together, they can’t deny their attraction and chemistry.

Logan what can I say another brilliant job your books and writing never fail us I loved the surprises you gave us and the plot twist you’re so great at, and loved all your quick wit you’re known for and let’s not forget those h** scenes .

I enjoyed that fact that the characters from the previous stories were in this series and their significant others all had Cameo roles in this story, it was great Re-visiting with them and seeing the special bonds they have for each other, another perfect plot in this story.

Declan and Rose’s chemistry was off the charts hot , the back and forth banter had me hysterical watching these two drive each other crazy with Declan thinking Rose hates him.... which couldn’t be furthest from the truth, and Rose constantly punishing him for his ridiculous demands.

I’m not going into any more details you see from the blurb the gist of the story but I’m stopping here because I don’t want to chance ruining anything for anyone listening.
