I liked the tale and the performance of the voices. An absolute masterpiece! I could definitely read it again!

This Duet Narration is not only top tier Jacob Morgan… it’s top tier period. And Grace, wow Grace.. she’s incredible. I can’t wait to hear more of her.

And the story itself.. again, WOW. I a huge fan of this darkly sensual retelling. I hope to read more by this author soon. Well done all around.

Dark Fairytale Featuring A Beautiful Cursed Depraved Witch/Queen

I wish the blurb hadn’t compared itself to a “Retelling of Beauty & The Beast,” because it was so much more and stood upon its own merit.

I was immediately sucked in from the very beginning (the audiobook is absolutely incredible), as it starts with murder and vengeance and this cold FMC who has human pets that strangely dote on her every whim. Love that she refers to her male pet as “Little Bird”. I read a lot of dark romance and it was refreshing to have a strong female lead calling the shots, and not being termed “little mouse, bird, or rabbit”.

Narration and story were top notch and in Duet style. Idk if this author’s name is an alias as another author or if this book is truly her debut novel, but hands down absolutely well done. Definitely a favorite!

Amazing!

I really enjoyed this book and was so excited to see that the audio version released halfway through my read. Having the audio alongside really enhanced the story as the duet performance was really amazing.
Overall, the storytelling, character development, character depth and emotions from the story were all amazing.
