The Gift of Christmas "Origins"

After much anticipation, the time had come for God to put his perfect plan into motion. All of heaven looked on, as the Creator gave the command that made everything from nothing. The stars were set in the sky, planets carefully placed into their orbits and distant celestial bodies all set in order. Once the heavens were in place, he meticulously fashioned his crown jewel. The Earth and its people. Everything was seamless until evil was allowed to interject itself into the vast spectrum of things. This dark force, took on an identity of its own and quickly began to wreak havoc among God’s beautiful creation. With evil seemingly winning, God, with a heavy heart, assumed the second phase of his plan. To bring Christmas to earth. Now, with Christmas firmly there, the Creator turned his attention to finding one worthy of promoting this priceless gift to humanity. Despite his enthusiasm, this turned out to be much more of a challenge than heavenly forces could have ever anticipated. After searching the Earth high and low, back and forth through time, God let his voice echo throughout creation. “Is there such a man?”
