Buck This Storme is on a tear through the bucking bull shifter circuit in the most destructive way. The annual Battle of the Bulls event is here, and he has squeaked by in the competitions to land a spot in last place for the event. His inner bull is a monster, and is completely out of control, and because of his past, he has no trainer, no coach, and no support system. He’s completely alone. At least he thinks he’s alone. Little does he know a legend has been watching him buck this season, and he’s willing to give him a chance at big money if Buck This Storme can only mind the rules of the rodeo. When he meets a rockin’ beauty who does not fit into the rodeo life at all, he can’t help but put the chaos of his life aside just to talk to her. Torrey is gorgeous, spirited, funny, and different than anyone he’s ever met on the bull-shifter circuit. She is also human though, and this can never work. He’s broken, and she has a bright future ahead of her, so why can’t he just do the right thing for once and leave her alone?
All Buck This Storme knows how to do is let people down, but all of the sudden, one of the biggest-name coaches in the world is looking to sponsor him, Torrey is making him want to be a better man, and all eyes are on him as he makes a run at winning Battle of the Bulls. The pressure is on, and everyone is about to learn exactly who he is, for better or for worse.

Torrey Chambers is in town for one night to watch Battle of the Bulls with her best friend. She’s been overwhelmed and is looking for a fun night to let loose and forget all her troubles for a while. She sticks out like a sore thumb at this rodeo, but she’s used to that. When she meets a green-eyed, semi-rude, devastatingly sexy mountain of a man, she can’t help but be intrigued. He’s one of those bull shifters, and not just any bull shifter. Buck This Storme has a reputation as the bad boy of the circuit. When she finds out what makes him tick, it’s on. She wants to know more and more about this mystery man, and when she is pulled onto his team by accident, she gets the real behind-the-scenes look at exactly how complicated being a famous shifter can be.
She wasn’t prepared for an adventure like this, and it sure sets her life on a different path, but she is determined to enjoy every wild minute of it. That is…until she finds out who Buck This Storme really is, and realizes that his bad boy reputation is about to destroy everything.

Don’t miss this intoxicating new installment of T. S. Joyce’s monster-hit Battle of the Bulls series. Readers asked for more, and she listened.

This was a great story, but the performance took away from it. There was no emotion and the inflections were missing. There were times I was unsure who was speaking because there was no differentiating from one person to the next. AI is great for academic books, but having a real person is better when it comes to books being read for enjoyment. I urge authors or whoever makes these decisions to keep this in mind. I have listened to over 2 dozen books with AI and it is the same with each one. But the story was great. I will read the rest of the series and other books from this author.

Great story, but ...
