Dex can hack me anytime

This was a highly anticipated read, as I'd wanted to get Hacker, Dex's story for a while now. Ms. Cowles did not disappoint. Dex and Braden both have their own different types of demons they are battling, and it is during that battle that they find each other. They are the only person that each feels comfortable dropping their walls for, and slowly they start to find healing in each other.

The baddie in this one really took me by surprise! I normally always have a few people that I think may be our "bad guy", and i did the same for ATVS. I was not ready for who it ended up being. This was a real modern whodunnit lol.

The duet narration with all brothers having their own voices was really cool. Jason Clarke and Samantha Brentmoor were perfect and had a lot of chemistry playing off each other. This book rocked my socks, can't wait for book 2!

Excellent Romantic Suspense

WOW. This book absolutely blew me away!

Catherine Cowles once again proves she's the queen of beautifully written romantic suspense. She delivers the perfect balance of romance, emotion, and mystery that keeps you completely hooked and constantly on your toes.

Dex is the ultimate protective book boytriend, willing to do absolutely anything to keep Brae and Owen safe. Watching two strong, guarded characters slowly open up and become vulnerable with each other was absolute perfection. And the relationship between Dex and Owen? My heart melted. Seeing Dex meet Owen exactly where he was and build that connection with him was one of the most touching parts of the story.

Brae's backstory broke my heart from the very beginning. I don't think I've ever read about an FMC who stayed so strong and fought so hard despite everything life threw at her. Her resilience was incredible. Watching the Archer family take Brae and Owen in was so heartwarming and created some of the sweetest moments in the book.
Catherine has set up what I already know will become one of my new favorite series, and I cannot wait to get the stories of each of the Archer brothers.

And if you're an audiobook listener, the narration is absolute perfection. Each brother has his own narrator, which really helps bring their personalities to life and makes the listening experience even more immersive.
