Not bad

Not my favorite either, I normally love regressor stories, but idk I don't think I like the magic system being employed here. The golem/gundam situation is a little wonky. "Lame" wud be too harsh, the story flows n there enjoyable parts, but I just don't have a ton of interest in magic pacific rim

mature and competent mc

gurenn lagan + Pacific rim + gundam but high fantasy magitech. I love the mc, does what it takes and locks in in his plans.

Cool book

I love regression books but this felt a little different. His future knowledge helps him physically and foretell dangerous events. I think it feels different because the world and Magic are pretty unique. The concept of piloting golems is new to me. The story was entertaining and I look forward to the next book. The narration was really good too.

Early but disappointed

This is my early review- The writing is shallow and lacks crucially needed details to make it a fluid story. Why write a monotone character that makes listeners want to throw their phone?
