amazing series

the series kept me glued since book one. absolutely love the work. I cant wait for the next book.

Good story, excellent character building and constant pace of action. Looked forward to each and every book in the series.

So exciting

This is a great series it kept me engaged throughout the complete series. It gave me hope in the American spirit but also horror in how quickly everything can go downhill. Especially in the light of world’s state these days it really makes one really think. I can’t wait for more.

Good series with some major military flaws!

I’ve finished the series, and while I usually love how this author nails the military details, there’s a massive plot hole that’s hard to ignore. SPOILER ALERT!After the Chinese launched their biological attack, the U.S. would have almost certainly retaliated with a nuclear strike. Even if the plague decimated stateside military personnel and threatened global assets, our ballistic missile submarines (SSBNs) would still be operational and on patrol. Before the President succumbed to the virus, he would have used the "Nuclear Football" to order a strike on China.If that had happened, the Chinese military and any civilian emigrants would have been largely wiped out. Furthermore, once a cure was eventually discovered—and you can bet every nation on Earth would be racing to find one—U.S. forces would have been brought home. More importantly, any country that survived would be looking for serious payback against the aggressors.
