Having gone through a few cycles of multiple deaths within a year I was very curious of what the author would contribute to the narrative of what I already know. This book provides and authentic and realistic roadmap to help make your way through the long and winding road of grief. While we all have different ways to walk this aspect of life, the destination is the same for all of us - living with grief.

This book provide a wide variety of tools and ways to abide with the emotions of the moment while you let go of what was. I felt the intention of the author to be so real that I was reminded that grief is always there as a gift of a well lived life or a tool for growth. It's your choice to make it into what it can be for you. Well done!
