Nihilism with zero backstory or redemption of course

A meaningless example of how experience without context necessarily destroys the experience for the reader. I wanted to have compassion, but the main character seemed to have more personality disorder than character development. Classist, pitiful,and unrealistic. I could listen to a woman on a plane talk about her grandchildren and feel more connection. The author would get a D in my literature class for manipulating the reader with no payoff

I was so lost the entire time. the main character was so strange. I wouldn't recommend

Confusing and overproduced

Like other reviewers, I found the sound effects and B-grade music completely overpowering and many times covering dialogue to the point of indecipherability. We weren’t missing much, though, because the main character and all her personality disorders were just weak and uninteresting. Don’t waste your time on this one.

Over produced piece takes away from story

I love Audible originals but this one really fell short. The story and lead actress were good but it was so over produced with so many unnecessary sound design elements that detracted from the story and the performance, so much heavy breathing! Did the piece a disservice.

Suffered Through It, Not Bad

The Audio needs to be redone. 85% of the time is barely audible due to constant heavy breathing or overpowering sound effects. Regardless, this is an interesting story of a fractured human being seeking to completely disintegrate. Title fits.
