A Classic 1920s Christian Romance

In the late 1940s,and early 1950s, I remember my mother read Grace livingston Hill books aloud to me starting when I was about age 4. It was her way to be able to read the books while providing me with her attention at the same time. I recall eagerly waitiing in the car with my dad and brother waiting for my mother to emerge from the public library carrying one we had not yet read. At around age 9, I began reading and re-reading them myself, and I have continued to do so throughout my 81 year old life. This is the first time I've head ithis one in audiobook, Virtual voice seems still at the beginning stage, unable to accurately read stutering etc, but since i've read this book many times before, and own all the GLH e-books, it was not a problem for me. Sometimes she would also read them to my father, as television was very new, and came into our house when I was age 10, around 1954.
