The Palestine President is fading and there are lots of jackals snapping their jaws. Jake Crabtree doesn't do politics, but this time he gets drawn in by the Mossad, his own Zulu and by a decent man. The danger is real - for lots of people, but Jake keeps getting pulled in - and threatened by yet another beautiful killer. The drama is fast-paced, bathed in reality if you know anything about the Middle East or Israel. Larry and some new security people that Jake never wanted, but finds a real need for join him in Jerusalem. If you enjoy legitimate characters who might live next door, except that they are high pressure adventurers, then this is the action novel for you. There is lots of real-life characterization in this latest Jake Crabtree novel, with a dose of realpolitik thrown in. Get a glass of tea and plan on losing some sleep as you join Jake and his team in Jerusalem.
