A small group of survivors take shelter in the remains of a devastated city, hiding in terror as the full effects of the horrific infection start to become clear. The sudden appearance of a company of soldiers again threatens the survivors' fragile existence. Do they bring with them hope, help and answers, or more pain, fear and suffering?

Emotion Provoking

Absolutely incredible continuance of the first Autumn. David Moody is a master of description, putting you right there in the story. There was one specific part that was very emotional for me. I would definitely warn if you have experienced the loss of a child, there is brief, yet very descriptive mention of this. Tough listen at that moment, but definitely worth it. This series is incredible and I look forward to the next!

this is my favorite series from David Moody. narrator is great as well. I do feel all his women voices sound like a trucker named large large that smokes like a chimney though
