Beauty and the Beast meets Anastasia in this spicy, enemies-to-lovers fantasy where the romance is sharp, the tension feral, and the betrayal unforgettable.

For years, Ana has been a prisoner—hidden away, her blood kept alive by ancient potions while the kingdom of Trova rots under the rule of those who cast her aside.

Born without magic in a world ruled by it, she was never meant to survive.

Until the day the fae prince found her. And left her for dead.

But death never came.

Now, as rival powers rise and ancient magic awakens, Ana is thrust into a world she barely recognizes—one of treacherous courts, shifting alliances, and the dangerously captivating prince who left her behind.

But when fate throws them together once more, Ana must choose: claim the vengeance she’s waited for… or risk everything on a man who might betray her again.

This was a great listen. I enjoyed the writing style and was excited to continue the story. Twist and turns throughout the story, and enemies to lovers where you get close to the characters and not sure how you feel when the plot thickens.
I highly recommend this book to others and look forward to continuing the series.

Curse of the Sun and Stars is book one in a dark fantasy romance that follows its MFC Morgana Angevire through a labyrinth of political, religious intrigue, magic, and betrayals.
Having previously reviewed the e-book version of the story I was thrilled by the opportunity to explore the world again in the audio version which I found to be wonderfully narrated by the dual POV voices of Jessie Elwyn ,and Christoper Andrews.
Morgana has been kept secreted away by her family for twenty-one years which is soon to come to and end when MMC Fae Prince Leonidas becomes a part of her family dynamics, and secrets in an imaginative, emotional, well written story whose adventure can now be listened to in all it’s sensuous execution.

I really enjoyed this story and can’t wait to get right into book 2. The story starts out interesting and keeps you entertained throughout. The FMC is mouthy and I love that. There are several little plot surprises that you don’t see coming that keeps the story moving forward without feeling flat. AND the ending..I expected it to end with that but not in that way! Nooo!

The audio was really well done, the narrators were fantastic. I will say though that the male narrators voice hits at a register that is difficult for me to listen to. I really had to focus for the first few of his chapters to really hear what he was saying. I can’t explain it exactly. And the female narrator was phenomenal. I will likely seek out more of her work.

Very entertaining
