Now that a new power has been unlocked, amazingly, Mukohda is now able to buy cakes and ice cream directly through his new “Tenant!” Things are looking up for his familiars and the goddesses Ninrir and Rusalka, who are overjoyed at the new variety of sweets available to them. However, it seems that some gods may be conspiring to force Mukohda to keep leveling in order to unlock even more “Tenants” to satisfy their craving for otherworld goods....

absolutely nothing happens in this book other than cooking. I don't know about you guys, but I didn't buy this for a cookbook. most important thing that happens is a side chapter 10 minutes about the heroes.

I mean... somewhat enjoyable I guess?

This particular volume is 50% cooking/eating, 40% shopping, and 7% side plot, 2% bathing and 1% traveling. The main plot barely moved at all.
I can't say I'm uninterested in the background plot with the heroes, but it is definitely not why I listen to this series. I'm just waiting for the plots to connect to be honest. based off current pacing... I'd say 2 or 3 volumes.
