Amazing and powerful and gritty - a lot packed into a short time. What happens when traffickers who kidnapped you come to your hometown to pick up another girl? Not good things. Julie Whelan continues with her outstanding ability to bring just the right tone and emphasis on just the right words at just the right time. Excellent in all ways.

Small package big punch

Huh. I’m definitely intrigued. Not only what happens next but what happened in the past. How did Mia get out? It’s also an interesting way to tell a story. Almost like a letter to her parents.
