Tech issues

I enjoyed the story however I had technological issues from chapter 80 to the end of the book. I have been an Audible for years now and never experienced anything like it. I downloaded to book to my phone as usual and it played fine thru chapters 1-75; when i noticed sections skipping when playing, unclear audio, unable to rewind or fast forward. Device showed chapters beyond 80 that I was unable to access, and it seemed to skip to what I think was the end of the book. First time I have been disappointed with Audible.
