Last week, it was announced that Netflix will acquire Warner Bros. in a $82.7 billion dollar deal with massive implications for the entertainment industry. The deal would leave the streaming service in charge of one of the biggest Hollywood film studios, HBO, and many famous pieces of intellectual property, including Harry Potter and DC Comics. But competitor Paramount is also vying for a deal.
