I had to never even heard of this before coming across this book. I am not a religious person, nor do I consider myself particularly spiritual. at the same time I find the ideas within this book to be more in line with my thinking.

I'm someone who enjoys being in the mountains and challenging myself, and I think it's really neat that there are people who have taken that and applied it to a form of religion. I'm not a fan of religions in general, but if I were, this would probably be my go-to.
