One Night Stand

And the Longest Second Date Ever

After a delightful first date with a mysterious gentleman named Von, Lola is disappointed when their time together ends in a one night stand. But that was only the beginning. Von reappears in Lola’s life and takes her on a bullet-riddled thrill ride that can only be described as the longest second date ever.

Lola took a deep breath. She was equally confused, by her own thoughts. Von had upended her normal, boring but safe lifestyle. Getting as far away from him as possible was the only sensible outcome. For the life of her, she could not understand why that wasn’t what she wanted.

She felt movement on the bed behind her. She didn’t look back. A moment later, Von moved into a seated position beside her. She turned to look at him. He found her expression unreadable. Her pupils swam in a pool of fear and uncertainty. But fear wasn’t her overriding emotion. Von didn’t think so. He reached for her hands, which she was cradling in her lap. He saw that beyond her tee shirt, her legs were bare. The tee shirt was just long enough to conceal her panties while she was seated. He wondered if she was wearing panties at all.

He took one of her hands in his and leaned closer. He hesitated for only a moment, allowing her time to rebuff his advance. When she remained still, he kissed her, softly. Her fingers wrapped around his hand, squeezing slightly. He deepened the kiss, first licking and then sucking her bottom lip. She returned the affection. Von’s free hand moved around her back and settled on her side. He caressed the space between her breast and love handle. His blood rushed, hot and eager.

He was embarrassed by how quickly his body responded to her. He didn’t think Lola noticed. She couldn’t have. Her eyes were closed as they continued kissing. But she released his hand, and her fingers made their way between his legs. She sucked air around his tongue when she felt how hard he was. Without pretense, her hand slipped beneath the waistband of his boxers so she could feel him, all of him.
