For some people like Lily, one of their biggest fears is having their past come back to haunt them. It happened in a big way in this book. Searching for a serial rapist & killer, The BFF Killer, is the focus of this story. All the lives which that search changes is an interesting part of the story. Fast paced, great descriptive writing, a main character battling her own demons, police procedural, decent ending and so much more in this story.

AI voice is not for me

AI voice took away from the story itself. I would have enjoyed it more if the voice truly presented the story using inflections and tone of the scene.
