Atlas Aurox has lived his entire life in poverty. Orphaned young, he survives by picking up the Crystals left in the Dungeon by true Adventurers. But everything changes when he undergoes the Mantle Trial—a test which could grant him the power to step into the Dungeon as one of the elite instead of their Mundane servant.

Yet power comes with a price. The world of Adventurers is darker, bloodier, and far more treacherous than Atlas ever imagined. Monsters and Gods lurk not only in the depths, but in the ambitions of those who call themselves allies.

Can Atlas carve a place for himself in this ruthless world—or will he be swallowed whole, just another forgotten name among the fallen?

Fun, relatable characters, except for Aelin. A lot of lore and world building. Awesome dungeons.

Awesome dungeon crawler!

It's the typical, oh my God, I'm so shy. I worship women, I have no control of myself with the beautiful woman, blah blah blah etc. Et. Cetera etc, stereotype beta male bullshit. sprinkle in every single female character has giant boobs. Perfect, physically, and all of them have really shitty attitudes. And act like men, instead of women.

I will say this when you look through the woke feminist absolute nonsense. It actually has a really good storyline. i'm so excited as much as I hate to say this. The writer came up with a wonderful idea. As far as building the world and creating this is a path in which we follow. unfortunately, it just has a whole bunch of the stereotypical ideological nonsense that we see on mainstream media.

The main character is unfortunately insufferable, there's one part in about midway through the book where you literally apologizes to four different women, about 16 times within a minute and a 1/2. he's a simp, and the book isn't really about him. I mean, let's be honest. The writer's not really creating a book that follows a character. The writer's creating a book about a guy that's surrounded by a bunch of people that are more important than him. And he's that's what the book's about, because the main character isn't really important. And as much as I hate saying, this, you could take the main character out of the story. And other than the very beginning, he has no role in that actually makes a difference in the story. there is a female character that acts like a Batman like character. That is the most powerful character in the party. Somehow, even though he's supposed to be this godling type character. and of course, there's the whole trope of we can't allow you to level up, because if we do everyone's gonna know about you and kill you blah, blah, blah. it's just crap on a page.

I do stick by what I said. I like the system that he created. And I think if he would have gone with his initial thought process of creating that style of character with that system that the book would have been amazing. But you can definitely tell this guy does not get laid the writer, and you can also tell he doesn't have any idea what people actually want in a book. He's putting down what the feminists want. Not what men want, which makeup, almost 80% of the people that buy these novels.

Woman Power weak minded and weak to weak main character
