The complete “One Breath at a Time” trilogy of time travel romance adventures, including:

AS I FADE (Book 1)

What would you do if the love of your life was waiting for you fifty years in the past?

For Brielle Eden, a successful novelist living in New York City, this is a very real possibility.

For reasons unknown to her Brielle is drawn to Paris. Once there, she will quickly discover that not all is as it seems; indeed, there’s a thin line between fantasy and reality...

And when she wakes up in a hospital for the mentally insane, Brielle’s nightmare is about to begin.

Confused, she finds that memories of her life in Paris are gone. Worse, she’s being held against her will by a psychiatrist who believes she is impersonating a young woman who’d died tragically six months earlier.

As her world threatens to spin out of control, a stranger appears who promises to rescue her—and to give her the answers she desperately seeks.

But are these answers she can accept? After all, Brielle is about to discover that the love between two adjoining hearts will find each other again—no matter how improbable the odds...

AS I BREATHE (Book 2)

Brielle Eden doesn’t know what to believe anymore.

She wakes from a coma and inexplicably finds herself in the psychiatric ward of a mysterious Parisian hospital with no memory of how she came to be there.

She can’t fathom why one of the nurses would want to kill her, or why the psychiatrist in charge of her care thinks she stole the identity of a recently murdered young woman.

And just who is this god-like man, whom only she can see and hear? Is he a friend or foe? His voice haunts her every waking moment. Has Brielle lost her ability to comprehend reality?

As she struggles to restore her lost memories, she vaguely recalls a love that was beyond perfect, beyond all expectations.

Is this a real memory or just wishful thinking?

One prominent memory grips Brielle’s conscience, a secret she holds close to her vest...one that could change life as we know it.

Was this what triggered her world to slip away?

And what will become of her if this covert memory is real?

AS I FALL (Book 3)

Is it possible to love someone so strongly that you can never die?

Brielle Eden, an American author who moves to Paris, is profoundly drawn to the two connecting hearts carved into the staircase of the old brownstone where she now resides.

Who were the young lovers? And why is there a mysterious hole in the center of one of the hearts?

When Brielle decides to make the mystery of the lovers the topic of her next novel, the inexplicable begins to happen...strange visions begin to haunt her, along with a mysterious presence.

She is certain someone is watching her every move. Or is it her overactive imagination?

Brielle doesn’t know, but she’s determined to find out...

So confusing with the narration, I stopped in the middle of second book. Couldn’t finish.

The virtual voice narration is awful.

I didn't like the ending
The 1989 Bri isn't believable. She sounds from an older generation. I want to know what happened to the Bri in the hospital.

good read. but.....

These 3 books were good. I became very intrigued with the story line and the ending was good for the one timeline but i feel like i needed more closure on another timeline. WTH happened after the hospital. And i guess that ended up not happening due to the other timeline ?! You’ll understand what i mean if you listen i don’t want to spoil it!
The computer generated narrator was also 7/10.
It lacks the emotion in certain scenes that would make it so so much better ! You’ll also recognize the way some words are pronounced.

Great story, needed more in the ending

Whisper-sync is terrible in this and really spotlights the repetitive plot, as well as grammatical and dialectical errors. The story is "pseudo-smart", but the method is amateur, and clearly has missed a minimum of 3 edit cycles, more preferably 6.

All AI?

I disliked the awkward handling of the “time trips” and ghostly encounters. The main character doesn’t know if she’s alive or dead, or if the lover she waited for was a ghost, good/and or evil. What happened to the doctor who suspected she had a mental problem, who was also from the past. Too confusing, I can usually follow parallel universe stories, but she kept dropping characters, like her best friend, Mary from the train, etc. I kept losing relevance. It did distract me as I washed dishes though.

Confusing
