Another great book by JD!

I love this series. I really liked the “Gunslinger” feel of this book! I did have to go back and listen to book 7 again before I started this one because it had been such a long time between books.
I needed a refresher.
Hopefully book 9 will come a little faster.
Simon Vance did a great job, as always.

this is one series that has had me gripped to it from end to end...

seamless transition

I mean I love his writing but his seamless transition between threats, his expansion of the world and the new power scaling introduced in this novel shows an in depth planning I can only compare to masterful. Can't wait for the next installment

Great work done by Simon Vance as well: with his work on “The Darkness Within” series he has set a high bar for audio books that very few measure up to.
