Puppy Play

This was a very sweet puppy book. I love how this story is technically in a different series but it overlaps with others. I love the foubd family of these interlocking series. I did love seeing how these men grew together. I also love the fireplace moments! The audio is perfect as well.

Endearing

This was such an endearing listen. Arnav and Foster found themselves at a party and never expected to find someone that would be good for them. Their journey is a good one. In to the next book!

I am usually not a fan of daddy/puppy stories, but I knew it Gabbi is writing it, it’s going to be amazing. I was right because this might be one of my favorites by her. It’s such an emotional story and I loved how the whole dynamic of the daddy/puppy play wasn’t the entirety of the book.

Foster and Arnav were so beautiful. From the moment they met at Quinton’s party and then Foster running off, I knew when they would see each other, it was going to be everything. I also loved it when Arnav immediately told Foster to not put himself down. That’s when I knew that Arnav was what Foster needed.

I loved that we got to learn more about Foster from his childhood to his past relationship. I just wanted to give him a hug from the life he’s endured. He truly met Arnav at the perfect time. He helped boost Foster’s confidence and just gave him the push that he needed. He also didn’t make Foster change who he was and that was the most powerful thing that he needed.

I love Arnav’s family so much and when they meet Foster, I was swooning because he deserves all the love that he deserves.

I really loved how we got a few funny moments as well. Sure, this book was definitely hurt/comfort but it also had some serious and entertaining moments though the book.

I received a copy of this book and this is my honest review.

I really enjoyed this book. It was such a sweet romance. I loved both Foster and Arnav. I also really liked the dynamic between a younger Daddy and an older pup. I was sad for Foster's past relationship and the damage it'd done, but loved him finally finding happiness with Arnav. They were really cute together. 4 stars.


Audiobook Review 1/4/26

I listened to this and Foster back-to-back and it was great to binge them. Michael Dean did a good job narrating the characters.

More Daddy/Puppy

Enjoyed the younger MMC who is the Daddy and the more mature puppy. This was another sweet, feel-good story to add to the Daddy for Christmas collection. Both MMCs have their own insecurities that they have to get over but the HEA is just right. And Michael Dean brings the right voice to the characters.
