Good story but hard to enjoy because of narrator

The narrator was basically whispering and the volume for this book was so low and so slow.. Speed the book up to at least 1.25 to enjoy.
Story was very beautiful

Ended cute

I was skeptical for a bit… hate a story with a Mom running off and not telling a Dad about his child… unless he was a monster. However, the author gave us a cool twist with who was to blame… she still should have told him much sooner.
