likeable characters

Annie and Nate are both very likeable characters. The set up to the story is good. The story moves logically and easily. I have some confusion about the money laundering aspect of the suspense part of the story. There is angst and enemies to lovers and workplace romance and sister's best friend. There is suspense and mystery and some action. I have.some confusion about the wrap up of the legal aspects and the addition of the private detective. The PI was pretty hands off. Overall I like the story.
