The global blackout is moments away. As George’s father triggers the "Blind Man’s Eye" to cripple the Alchemist, the physical world becomes a hunting ground. Nazar, the assassin hired by Numen-Life, has breached the cube tower to eliminate Jessie. But she is already gone—performing a final, illegal hack into the mind of a virtual sociopath to reach George before the system purges.

To every other player, Level Nine is a scorched desert. For George, it is a heartbreaking trap: a corrupted psychiatric ward where the Alchemist has "resurrected" his dead mother and brother. He entered Creation to escape this grief, and now the system is offering him the perfect lie. Jessie must convince him to abandon the illusion and return to a world of pain, or be lost in the reset.

On Level Eight, a miracle has occurred, but there is no time for peace. Evylin has left her newborn child behind, racing to reach George before he enters the final threshold. She knows the truth: George was never a great player. He was chosen to win by both parties—a pawn in a much larger war. Now, the pawn must cut his own strings.
