This should’ve been in the book.

Dear JLA. Please get better editors. This whole Novella should’ve been in the book that was just released. You could’ve taken out at least three intimate scenes and had these important conversations in the book. And can we stop doing stupid jokes in between a serious conversation. Cass is really starting to annoy me when it comes to..I’ll burn the world down for my girl. It gets kind of icky when it’s written a certain way. But I will say, This was 10 times better than the last book that was released.

Fun in the meantime

I’ll be honest that I adore the whole BAA universe. While I’m a little unsure on the direction it’s going, I’m going to hold judgement and wait to see how it ends. We get to see more of Cas after Primal, and that I did appreciate.

Excellent novella

After the fallout from the Primal of Blood and Bone, I was a whirlwind of emotions. This book was an excellent bridge between Primal and the final book in this series.
This is one of my favorite series, and I am excited to see how everything ends. Armentrout's writing is always enjoyable to read.
The narration was excellent.

I highly recommend this book, especially if you are still reeling from the last book.
