Once again, Resnick takes us on a journey like no other. A hard-core patriot bat is being hunted by members of the country that he loves and serves. He never gets bitter considering there is more rotten apples in our government's branches than any of us would care to know.

Jon Reznick is a former military officer and covert operative who continues to accept occasional assignments from American intelligence agencies.

Jon previously assisted the FBI extensively while working with his friend Martha Meyerstein, a former assistant manager there.

When a lawyer calls Jon to visit his client at a psychiatric hospital, Jon is caught off guard.

Upon meeting Stephen Leahy, a senior CIA operations director, Jon finds nothing clinically wrong with him. Stephen was institutionalized after disagreeing with government plans for a false flag operation—drugs had been planted in his office as fabricated evidence against him.
