A very welcome audio

I’m delighted that Laylah Roberts’ books are beginning to appear on audio! This book (possibly this series?) is a bit darker than many of her other books - less Little time for one thing, and reminded me a lot of Susie Tate’s books. The only issue I had was with accents, which tend to wander over a variety of social classes and parts of Britain even for the same character, which made it difficult to know who was speaking. This was particularly noticeable with Slade's' voice. It was distracting and threw often threw me out of the story while I tried to figure out who was speaking. Otherwise I loved the whole thing and can’t wait for the release of the next one.
