This book has so much valuable information. It’s impossible to retain so many techniques and skills. I have listened to the full audio twice and I have the hard copy book at home. I am beyond satisfied with the information on this book.

How knowledgeable the author was.

I love this book and will reread it and use its advice many times. This is coming from personal experience. I was a waiter for over 25 years and his advice on small talk and starting conversations is head on, however, I wish extroverts would know how draining this process is for someone who is introverted like myself. Unless I am talking to few people I like or family members, small talks and the whole process author mentions takes away all of my energy and makes me wanna crawl into a hole. I loved it when I was young and used his advice to make tons of friends, but at some point, I left and now prefer to be by myself most of the day. I am jealous of people who love to talk to people. I tried to be that person, but I am not
